“I've known Nastya for quite a while — it all started with dance. After moving, I wanted to get back into training and get in shape overall. Given some health considerations, I decided stretching would be a great option for my situation. My goal was fairly simple: reconnect with my body, feel better, and gently return to a more active lifestyle. To my surprise, after my very first session I realised stretching is far more than just sitting in different poses. The soreness was very real. I'm not a big fan of cardio or constant strength training, so this format turned out to be ideal for me. Even when it's tough or mentally challenging, I still show up. And every time I leave feeling emotionally recharged and with the sense that I did something important for myself.
