Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about training with me — from first session to ongoing coaching.

Private Lessons

How long is a private session?

Private sessions are typically 60 minutes, though 90-minute sessions are available for those who want to go deeper.

Do I need any experience?

Absolutely not! Private lessons are perfect for complete beginners and experienced movers alike. I tailor every session to your level.

What should I wear?

Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. For heels classes, bring your heels — I can advise on the best type for beginners.

How do I book a session?

The easiest way is to message me on WhatsApp or use the contact form. I'll respond within 24 hours to find a time that works.

Where do sessions take place?

For private sessions, I'm flexible — I can come to your home, a space you prefer, or we can train outdoors anywhere in the Benidorm–Altea area. For group classes, a dedicated studio is being set up in Altea. I bring everything we need — you just show up.

Online Coaching

What platform do you use for online sessions?

I use Zoom for live sessions, and WhatsApp for ongoing communication and quick form checks between sessions.

What equipment do I need?

For most sessions, you just need a yoga mat and enough space to move. I'll let you know if any specific props would be helpful for your program.

How often are live sessions?

Most clients have 1-2 live sessions per week, with additional self-guided workouts from their custom program. We'll find the frequency that works for your goals and schedule.

Can I train in any time zone?

Yes! I work with clients across multiple time zones and offer flexible scheduling to accommodate different schedules.

Is there a minimum commitment?

I recommend a minimum of 4 weeks to see meaningful results, but there's no long-term contract. We can discuss what works best for you.

Stretching & Flexibility

Do I need to be flexible to start?

Not at all! Stretching sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you can barely touch your toes or you're working toward the splits, I'll adapt every session to your level.

How often should I stretch?

For best results, 2-3 sessions per week is ideal. But even one weekly session can make a noticeable difference in how your body feels and moves.

Can stretching help with back pain?

Yes! Many clients experience significant relief from back pain and tension through regular guided stretching. I focus on the areas that need it most while keeping your body safe.

Pilates

What type of Pilates do you teach?

I teach mat-based Pilates combining classical principles with modern movement science. Sessions can also incorporate small props like resistance bands, balls, and rings.

Is Pilates suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Pilates is one of the most accessible forms of exercise. I tailor every session to your experience level and physical needs.

How is private Pilates different from a group class?

In a private session, every exercise is chosen specifically for your body and goals. I can give you my full attention, correct form in real-time, and progress you faster.

Barre

Do I need dance experience for barre?

No dance experience needed! While barre is ballet-inspired, it's a fitness class first. I'll guide you through every movement.

What should I wear to barre?

Comfortable, form-fitting activewear so I can see your alignment. Grippy socks or bare feet — no shoes needed.

How is barre different from Pilates?

Barre focuses more on small, isometric movements at the ballet barre, while Pilates emphasizes core work and full-body control. Both are low-impact and complement each other beautifully.

Heels Dance

Do I need experience to try heels dance?

Not at all! Many of my students start with zero dance experience. I'll teach you everything from how to walk confidently in heels to full choreography.

What heels should I bring?

For beginners, I recommend a stable heel of 3-4 inches with an ankle strap. I can advise you on the perfect pair before your first session.

Is heels dance just for young women?

Heels dance is for women of all ages. It's about confidence, self-expression, and feeling good in your body — there's no age limit for that.

Twerk

Do I need dance experience to try twerk?

Zero experience needed! I break down every move step by step. Most of my students start as complete beginners and surprise themselves with how quickly they progress.

Is twerk a real workout?

Absolutely! Twerk builds serious glute, core, and leg strength. You'll burn calories, improve your coordination, and tone your body — all while having a great time.

I feel shy about twerking — is that normal?

Completely normal! That's exactly why I create a safe, judgment-free, women-only space. Most students feel nervous at first and leave feeling empowered. You go at your own pace, always.

Still Have Questions?

I'm always happy to chat. Reach out via WhatsApp or the contact form and I'll get back to you within 24 hours.
